Starters
Khai Jaio- A Fluffy Egg Omelette, seasoned with fish sauce, lime juice, Thai herbs and spices, cooked golden brown, served with a variety of Thai sauces.
Kha Nhom Pang Naa Kung- Shrimp Toast. Fresh ground shrimp with Thai herbs and spices, spread over Farm to Market Bread, hand tossed with panko bread crumbs, flash fried golden brown, finished with a sweet and savory sauce with fresh cucumber, red onion and mini sweet peppers.
Soup
Khao Man Gai- Thai Chicken and Rice. A beloved Thai comfort dish, fresh poached chicken served with steamed rice, rich chicken broth, fresh vegetables, Thai herbs and spices.
Entree
Kaeng See-krohng-neua- Curry Braised Short Ribs. Beef short ribs slow braised in Penny's Red Curry, a combination of herbs and spices, Thai chilies, and coconut milk, with fresh vegetables, served with fluffy turmeric seasoned rice.
Dessert
Mamwng khrim phay- Mango Cream Pie. A sweet creamy tropical dessert made with fresh mango, in a gluten free graham cracker crust, topped with sweet cream and fresh mango bites.
Dinner include Thai inspired Bar Creations.
